junior security
junior security 次级证券 指对证券发行公司的资产和收益的请求权次于优先证券〔senior security〕的证券。普通股票为所有证券中的最低一级，其它证券的优先权次序是相对而言的，如无担保债券相对于担保债券即为次级证券。
